Definitely call Luke at Dawson Constructions. The finish was impeccable.. From start to finish they were amazing, no issues. We couldn’t get over how amazingly clean they were considering the scope of work. You get what you pay for and we couldn’t be more impressed. Local family man so he plans to be in business for a long time so we know we could trust him and were happy to go with him :).

Dawson Constructions has now completed two projects for me, including the roof over a large waterfront deck and the full structural reconfiguration of the house. The second project was a major piece of work and Luke and the team worked tirelessly to deliver it on time and budget, and we are absolutely stoked with the quality of work. I cannot recommend Dawson Constructions highly enough for any of your renovation or building requirements.

Luke, you truly are a legend. We can’t tell you enough how thrilled we are with the renovations you have done for us in the unit. I would highly recommend Luke and Dawson Constructions QLD and already have to anyone that needs renovations done. He is now the only builder I would engage on any job. He goes out of his way to explain, quote correctly and execute the job to the level I would expect. He understands that he is in a person’s home and at the end of each day he leaves it so we are comfortable to live in it whilst the project happened around us. I will be confidently using Luke and his team on future projects.

I can’t speak highly enough, or express just how good a builder Luke and his company Dawson Constructions QLD is. The quality of his work is outstanding. Speaking as a Carpenter myself his framework is some of the best I have ever seen after being in construction for 10 years. Would definitely use again.

Luke is reliable and provides superb customer service. Furthermore, Luke’s qualities are reflected in his team and trades whom he works with and we feel very comfortable that they will take the utmost care while we leave our home for a few hours or overnight stay to give them space to work. We happily tell our friends and family if they want building work done they want Luke Dawson. We have noticed over time that Luke has become increasingly more busy as people realise his excellent work, which means that sometimes he may not be available immediately to assist, however Luke’s quality is always worth waiting for!! We thank our lucky stars we came across Luke.
